Where does this wire go?

I’ve owned my Honda Civic Hybrid for about 6 years now and it is doing great and getting great mileage. I am currently working on a car computer.  I have everything all set but I want to do more cosmetic touches to it before I permanently connnect it to my car.

I just added a RF amp for the subs. They don’t seem any louder I’m wondering if its because the box may be too small. I would expect to hear a difference going between 200W and 1000W but I don’t.

Radio Opened up and operational.
Speakers nicely nestled in their comfortable doors.
Can someone tell me how to get more oomf out of these? I’m running about 1000W to them.

This is how my installer installed the AMP. Note: It is just sitting there not bolted down.
